All you need do to know absolutely for certain is make a separate ground connection for the blower, bypassing the Splice-Pack. You don't need to worry about separating or isolating the existing ground connection (through the harness to the Splice-Pack). One is the BCM and the other is the ground splice pack, G106, located on the right fender wall, behind the air filter case. Although the BCM could be defective, it is a relatively trouble free module and the ground point is a well known source of electrical issues with the 355 platform. It is a frequent source of intermittent and unusual problems.
